• ※ 럭스만의 아날로그 튜너 T-2는 ebay 에서 30-50$에 거래되는 저가모델이므로 혼동 주의. 기본적으로 럭스만의 유명한 튜너는 T-530 과 T-117 두 개뿐이라고봐도 과언이 아니다.
• 유럽에서는 Econo-ReVox (보급형 리복스) 내지 리복스 동생 등으로도 불리우며, 가장 유명한 리복스 760과 비교시, 상대적으로 밸런스가 오히려 잘 맞는다.( 리복스 760의 약간 과한 중저음을 좋아하는 사람들도 있지만...). 쿼드레처 검파코일 방식으로 분리도와 수신율등이 매우 뛰어나며, 출중한 아날로그 튜너 음색이다. 백문이 불여일*청*!!
• 1986년 스테레오파일 Class B 부여. (실질적인 후속기이자, 외관외 사양변화가 없는 T-3(=T117) 가 스테레오파일 Class A 를 받았음을 보면, T-02 가 Class B 라는 것은 의아하다는 평.

< 주방에 설치한 뮤지컬 피델리티 A3 인티앰프 와 럭스만 T-530. 사진엔 없지만 미션 751 스피커와 연결중 > 음질은 기본이고, 디자인도 깔끔하고, 사용하기도 아주 쉽다. 

럭스만의 초기 유명 디지털 튜너들은 쿼드레처 검파 코일을 이용했다. (디지털튜너지만 아날로그 음색인 이유가 여기에 있다할 수 있음.)  음질은 좋았으나 주파수 밀림이 불가피한 방식. 럭스만도 말년에 이 문제 개선을 위해서 세라믹 진동자를 사용하는 ic 를 탑재했으나, 왜율, 스테레오 분리도가 크게 떨어졌다. 결론은 성능을 위해서라면 주파수 밀림은 감내하고 수리하면서 쓸 수밖에 없음.

럭스만 디지틀 튜너는 쿼드레처 검파 코일 특성상 재세팅을 해도 또 얼마 못가서 틀어질수 있습니다. 신품이나 재세팅후 바로 틀어지는 경우도 있습니다. 

이런 단점을 보완하기 위해서 말년 디지틀 튜너들에는 코일을 사용하지 않고 세라믹 진동자를 사용하는 ic가 나왔습니다만 세라믹 진동자가 오차가 크고 조정이 안되어서 틀어지는 문제는 개선되었습니다만. 왜율,스테레오 분리도가 크게 떨어집니다.

 어쩔수 없습니다만 성능으로는 계속 조정해서 사용하는 쿼드레처 검파 코일식이 낫습니다.

T-02 는 다른 매력적인 장미목이 있는 럭스만 제품들과는 다른 컴팩트한 슬림 디지탈 튜너다. 하지만, 수신율과 음질이 매우 좋아서, 디지탈 튜너에 대한 내 생각을 바꿔버렸다. www.fmtunerinfo.com 에 따르면, T-02는 매우 완성도 높은 음질과 뛰어난 장점과 특징을 가지고 있고, CAT (컴퓨터 분석 튜닝) 시스템은 온쿄 T-9090 과 9090-2 의 APR 처럼 자동으로 수신 변수를 조절한다. 유럽에서 T02(T530)은 포럼에서 리복스와 레스텍과 같은 비교될 정도로 매우 높이 평가 받고 있다.

It seems like every day’s a Luxmanday around here, since this is the second tuner in as many days. I didn’t quite plan it that way, but so it goes. The T-02 is a compact, slim digital tuner that doesn’t have the fancy Rosewood of other Lux’s, but does deliver in both IF performance and sonic quality, so much so that it almost changed my mind about digital FM tuners. According to www.fmtunerinfo.com, the T-02 (compact name, too) “is of a very high construction quality and has great features and performance”, and that “its CAT (computer analyzed tuning) system automatically adjusts reception parameters like the APR in Onkyo tuners like the T-9090 and 9090II does”…”the 7-segment signal meter doubles as a multipath meter.” Another FMTI contributor finds the T-02’s selectivity “as good as any in the narrow mode” [italics mine]. As the T-530model in Europe, it has been rated very highly over there in user forums compared to such names asReVox and Restek.

Our tests more than confirmed the findings of users here or abroad in quite good reception conditions. The T-02brought in 59 signals on our high 75-Ohm yagi antenna, and 60 with ourLindsay double dipole omni antenna, also on the tower, but lower. These were characterized by excellent sound quality, good stereo on most, and the tuner’s capture ratio clearly delineated stations, this best heard on the latter aerial. Using the IF button with the CAT one, weaker signals could be significantly improved, a great feature for DXers. To make the best of its reception possibilities, I’d recommend a good, high omni antenna, or a directional one with rotor. Myself, I hate fussing with rotors for FM.

Sonically, it came quite close to our reference, though not quite as close as the T-110U did. But the sound is very neutral and clean, with very low distortion, and few reception artifacts once the CAT has been put in the cradle, so to speak.

In sum, this is the hottest and best sounding digital tuner in our now considerable experience. No matter how charmed I was by its features and performance I just couldn’t keep it. This example had a slightly dinged rear panel on the left side, but the front and top are fine.

I headlined it as one of the best digital tuners I’ve heard, but you can’t hear them all. 나는 내가 들었던 최고의 디지털 튜너중 하나로 선정했다.(headlined).This Luxman T-02 is now battling “Multipath Mountain” in Montreal, a Royal pain for the FM-loving locals. So far, so good, though the buyer still seeks a pint-sized directional antenna that fits on an apartment balcony, a near-impossible battle between the long (FM wavelengths) and the short.
